How our enrolment process works

Enrolling at Bright Beginnings is really easy! Here is a step by step breakdown of the process. Don't stress if your process doesn't quite follow as below - we will adjust it accordingly to fit your requirements.

  • Initial Enquiry

    We encourage you to visit our centre(s) to make sure we are a fit for you and your family.

  • Confirm Availability

    We will discuss the days and hours you want to book your child.

  • Enrolment Form

    Enrolment form is completed and entered into our system. Start of the enrolment process.

  • Transition into Centre

    Usually a two week transition period is recommended. This can be adjusted.

  • First Official Day

    Your child has their first official day. An exciting step in their Bright Beginnings journey!

  • Adjust / Changes

    We make sure the booked hours and days meet your requirements and adjust if required.

  • When will I hear back after submitting the enrolment form?

    We aim to contact you within one business day of receiving your enrolment form. If you haven’t heard from us after this time, please feel free to give us a call or send a follow‑up email.

  • Can I enrol my child if I’m not sure of a start date yet?

    Yes. You can still submit an enrolment enquiry even if your start date is flexible. Let us know your preferred timeframe, and we’ll discuss likely availability and options with you.

  • Do you help with 20 Hours Free ECE and WINZ subsidies?

    Yes. Our team can talk you through how 20 Hours Free ECE works and what subsidies you may be eligible for. We’ll provide the necessary forms and help you complete any paperwork.

  • Can we visit the centre before we decide to enrol?

    Absolutely. We encourage families to book a visit so you can see the rooms, meet our teachers and ask questions. You can request a visit in your enrolment form or via our Contact page.

  • What age children do you enrol?

    We enrol children from infants (3-6 months) through to 5 years old. If you’re unsure which room or age group your child would be in, we can explain this when we speak with you.

  • What information do I need to provide for enrolment?

    We’ll usually ask for your child’s full name and date of birth, your contact details, preferred centre, days and hours you’re interested in, and any important medical or care information. We’ll guide you through the rest of the details during the enrolment process.
